We no longer offer 1plus1 loans
We’ve launched our new product called Rate Drop™. We are no longer lending under the 1Plus1 Loans name but your existing loan is not affected. Your agreement, repayments and account access all continue exactly as before.

1Plus1 Loans Limited has been renamed Credit Labs Limited. We’re still the same FCA-authorised company, now trading under our new product name, Rate Drop.

What this means for you
You can continue to manage your loan online in the same way you always have, and we’ll still be here to help whenever you need support.
- Your loan agreement and terms stay exactly the same.
- You don’t need to do anything.
- Our emails, website, and other communications will begin to show Rate Drop instead of 1Plus1 Loans.
- Your Direct Debit will begin to show as Credit Labs on your bank statement instead of 1Plus1 Loans.
- If you make payments by Standing Order or BACS, please update the payee name from “1Plus1 Loans” to “Credit Labs Limited” for future payments. Our sort code and account number remain the same.
